Central Park Land Release (Stage 13A) | Construction Update 16th November 2016

Stage 13a Construction is almost complete as we get ready to submit for subdivision certificate approval later this month. Asphalt and footpaths are expected to occur this week with development connections also underway. Titles are expected to be available January 2017 subject to weather conditions and processing times.
