For release Wednesday 6 April 2016
Brunslea Park invites community to ‘Join the Tribe’ at Central Park Land Launch Brunslea Park will be celebrating the land release of their Central Park Precinct with an open day spectacular on Saturday 23 April out at Brunslea Park Estate. The event will also act as the official public launch of their new brand and vision, centred on uniting their community as part of one mindful and thriving tribe.
“This is just the start of what’s to come at Brunslea Park,” said Sam Brunskill, Brunslea Park General Manager.
“We are so excited to share our plans for Brunslea’s future and get people involved with our mission.
“We are aiming to create Australia’s first truly responsible community-centric development, and that’s what we want to showcase to everyone at our Central Park Land Launch.”
Kicking off at 10am with the official land release, the Central Park Land Launch will be packed with activities for all members of the family to enjoy.
Lifestyle blogger and interior design guru Katrina Chambers will be holding two free workshops throughout the day, offering attendees some DIY tips for creating their dream home, while character entertainers and face painters will keep the kids smiling at the Brunslea Park Craft Corner.
Lunch is available to purchase with Birdhouse Bar offering their famous pulled pork bao on the menu, or attendees can grab a barista coffee or cold refreshment and take in the natural surrounds.
Local builders will be onsite to offer professional advice and talk through ideal floorplans, and Metricon Homes and Roberson Construction will be revealing their latest display homes, giving potential buyers the chance to see what is possible with a life at Brunslea Park.
“I think this will be a great opportunity for members of our community to connect and collaborate with each other – which is really what being part of the Brunslea Park tribe is all about,” said Miss Brunskill.
Brunslea Park’s onsite Building Hub will showcase concept plans for future projects such as the Brunslea Wetlands Development and the state-of-the-art adventure playground in Central Park. With further planned land release stages to come, this is also an opportunity to consider calling Brunslea Park home and put your name down to secure your future block.
The Brunslea Park Central Park Land Launch will be held from 10.00am to 2.00pm on the soon-to-be-sold lots and streets of the Central Park Precinct, channelling the old-school notions of neighbourliness and shared community space that Brunslea is set on bringing back.
Full details of the event can be found at www.brunsleapark.com.au. An online interactive map is available for prospective buyers to find their ideal block size and price; and attendees are encouraged to reserve their place at Katrina Chambers’ FREE interior design workshop via the online website registration.
