House and land, or, just land?

Debunking a common myth around purchasing land.

Typically, when a couple or family buys into Brunslea Park, it isn’t long before that empty block of land is transformed into a beautiful family home, with cars in the driveway, kids in the backyard, and pets on the lawn!

But popping a house up on that land immediately is certainly not a condition of buying land at Brunslea Park.

While it isn’t typically the way things are done at Brunslea, it doesn’t mean that you have to build as soon as you buy your block if you and your family isn’t ready.

Our latest land release – Central Park Stage 2 – is seeing many aspiring home builders snatching up their blocks early to avoid missing out on some of the best lots available in the estate, with the vision of beginning construction by the end of 2017.

By buying land at Brunslea Park, you are investing in a growing development, and becoming part of a community where, in 5, 10, or 15 years, the return on your investment will have grown insurmountably; whether you’ve got a house and land, or just land.

We encourage you to see the value of buying land at Brunslea Park.

Take for example our Central Park Stage 2 land release. Where else do you have the opportunity to buy land, ready to build a home on if you so choose, that is within 50 to 100 metres of Central Park, our community outdoors hub, located on 10,000 square metres of picturesque land.

Central Park will be fully completed and ready for the community to enjoy by the end of April 2017, so now is the ideal time to snap up your land, because with just 31blocks in our Stage 2 release, land around Central Park won’t last long!
